Article XI - Indemnification
Section 11.01 Indemnification.
(a) To the extent not inconsistent with the laws of the State of Indiana, every person (and the heirs, estate, administrators and personal representative of such person) who is or was a Director, Officer or paid Staff Member of the Corporation shall be indemnified by the Corporation as provided in the Indiana Nonprofit Corporation Act, Indiana Code 23-17-16-13.
