Article XII - Prohibited Activities
Section 12.01 Prohibited Activities.
Not withstanding any other provision of this Code of by-laws, no Board Member, Officer, employee or agent of this Corporation shall take any action or carry on any activity by or on behalf of the Corporation not permitted to be taken or carried on by an organization described in Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, or any successor provision or provisions thereto.
