    The Damien Center's primary focus is to provide services to meet the needs of people living with HIV and AIDS. The Damien Center is Indianapolis' largest provider of HIV/AIDS services.

    Heart Rays is a nonprofit expressive therapies center that provides opportunities in art, music, movement, and creative writing as alternative methods of self discovery and self expression for people who are both infected and affected by HIV/AIDS here in Indianapolis.

    The Indiana AIDS Fund is a grantmaking partner of the National AIDS Fund.   It is convened by The Health Foundation of Greater Indianapolis and the Indiana State Department of Health. Contributions can be made and mailed to the above address. A major portion of contributions will be matched by NAF with funds provided by the Elton John Foundation.

    Mission

    Our overall agency mission is to prevent the transmission of HIV and improve the quality of life of those infected and those affected by creating access to education and services for all communities in Indiana; to advocate for an effective and compassionate response to HIV.

    Vision

    Our organization will address HIV in a holistic approach to guarantee that all Persons Living with HIV (PLWH) have unhindered (unlimited) access to comprehensive health and human services. To eliminate new HIV transmissions until HIV is eradicated. We will be seen as a catalyst that has significantly improved the public's response to HIV.

    Prevention Point is a needle exchange and harm reduction project serving the needs of Indiana's injection drug users.   Prevention Point of Indiana with gay and straight Hoosiers to promote increased health and well-being with our state's injection drug users and those close to them. PPOI operates regular exchange sites in the Indianapolis area as well as providing home or other individualized delivery services throughout Indiana. PPOI also maintains a public policy and education component.
