Renting a booth space at our PrideStreetFayre makes good dollars and cents. A PrideStreetFayre Booth Space Includes:

LARGE SPACE - Booths are 10' x 12' + 1 TABLE AND 2 CHAIRS.  Additional tables and chairs will be provided for a charge of $10 per table and $2 per chair.   A FREE PARKING SPACE ON A SECURED, BARRICADED, CLOSED STREET.  ELECTRICITY may be available but limited. CANOPIES AVAILABLE at an extra charge.

Hours of operation for the Indy Pride StreetFayre Booth area are 11am to 5pm on Saturday, September 16th. Booths must be staffed and in operation by 10:30am. Exhibitors must provide equipment necessary for their own booth set-up with the exception of one 30"x 8' table, two chairs and any Indy Pride rented canopy.

Only one sales organization or vendor may use each booth space unless prior approval has been obtained from Indy Pride Inc.  Any Boothholdres selling or giving goods for Money/donations must have a City Vendors Permit from One Stop Shop. (317) 327 4275 for details. Information exhibitors may not sell any items.  Indy Pride Inc. is unable to accept responsibility for any lost or stolen items, or for any rental equipment other than our own.  Any electrical equipment to be provided in exhibitors' area requires Indy Pride Inc.’s approval prior to StreetFayre.

All exhibitors are required to properly clean their areas.  If exhibitor's booth area has any debris remaining after conclusion of the StreetFayre, Indy Pride Inc. will impose a clean-up fee of $50 per applicant's rented space due 30 days after the Festival.

All fees must be paid when the booth application is submitted.

NO FOOD ITEMS OR BEVERAGES may be sold or distributed at any booth without A HEALTH PERMIT from Kelley Whiting, Marion County Health Department, 3838 N Rural St. Indianapolis, IN 46205. (317) 541 2256.

It is the responsibility of all exhibitors to obtain all permits, licenses etc. Indy Pride Inc. reserves the right to prohibit the sale of any item that may be illegal, obscene or pornographic.   There will be a limited number of "same kind" exhibitors.  All exhibitors should list alternative selling items of a diverse nature.  In the event of an excessive number of "same kind" exhibitors, Indy Pride inc. reserves the right to limit the number of "same kind" exhibitors.  The decision of the Indy Pride Inc. directors is final.

The following phrases may not be used on any item sold:- Indy Pride, Indy Pride 2000, Indy Pride StreetFayre.

You must have your own liability insurance. Please provide a certificate of insurance naming "Indy Pride Inc" as additional insured. You may purchase a rider on our policy. Call Pat Russo 1 800 972 2242.

No vehicle traffic will be allowed in the street after 10am. Storage vehicles (trucks, cars, etc.) must be parked in approved areas.  Indy Pride Inc. assumes no responsibility for any vehicles ticketed or towed.  All business or other activity for which applicant has rented space must be conducted in your designated area only.  No distribution of literature, items, or sales may be transacted outside your booth area or by strolling through the StreetFayre. Flyers, handbills, petitions will be limited to Booth area only.  Indy Pride Inc. wishes our visitors to be able to relax unpestered in non- booth areas.  Non-booth holders may NOT distribute merchandise or flyers of any kind.
