Steve is responsible for staff supervision and development as well as the design and implementation of IYG's program objectives. He works with various members of the community to establish and enhance linkages with referral sources. Other duties include maintaining contact and regularly evaluating IYG chapters, overseeing the orientation of all volunteers and facilitators, and continuing education on gay, lesbian, and bisexual adolescents through workshops and conferences. Steve posses over seven years of experience working with youth and youn adults as well as grant management and fund raising.
