Damien Center Seeks Donations for "Sale of the Century"

Indianapolis-- The Housing Assistance Program at The Damien Center is planning what event organizers are calling "the Sale of The Century" on Saturday, November 15, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. All proceeds will benefit The Direct Emergency Financial Assistance (DEFA) program for HIV/AIDS.

Donations of gently used clothing (adult and children sizes), kitchenware, and any other sellable items in good condition are being sought.

A Bake Sale will be held in conjunction with the "Sale of the Century," so if you have the knack for cooking or perhaps that special cookie recipe, the Damien Center could use your help. Baked goods should be brought to The Damien Center no earlier than Friday, November 14.

All other Donations can be brought to The Damien Center anytime on November 12 and 13.
