Indianapolis - The Pride of Indy Jazz Ensemble will continue its 2007 performance schedule with a night of entertainment at Talbott Street Nightclub on Thursday, November 29th at 8 PM. The event will feature the 20-piece band and area vocalists in an evening of song and dance.

The performance will feature the 20-piece Pride of Indy Jazz Ensemble and area vocalists. This ensemble is a subset of the Pride of Indy Band, established as an LGBT/ally community organization just over two years ago

"This very talented group of musicians will offer up some of the best in big band music spanning the decades," commented John Joanette, Community Liaison for the Pride of Indy Band and the Jazz Ensemble Manager. He added "the event is titled Time Warp because for one night, we are taking Talbott Street back to the 40?s and 50?s when live big bands played that amazing venue."

"We have some surprises planned for this special evening," commented Eric Munsch, President, of Pride of Indy. "This event is one that is not to be missed!"

Tickets are $10 in advance, $12 at the door. Advance tickets can be obtained from any Pride of Indy band member and are also available at the following Indianapolis outlets: Talbott Street (2145 N. Talbott Street), BioScrip Pharmacy (342 Massachusetts Avenue) and at Out Word Bound Bookstore (625 North East Street).
