WIA Announces 2003 National Women's Music Festival Early-Bird Discounts

Women in the Arts is accepting "early-bird" deposits for the National Women's Music Festival to be held June 5 through June 8, 2003. Deposits of $100 postmarked by January 31, 2003 will receive $15 off a full festival pass, and deposits of $100 postmarked by February 28, 2003 will receive $10 off a full festival pass.

A full festival pass includes all events at the 2003 NWMF, including the SheRocks! concert. This offer applies only to the purchase of a full festival pass; it does not apply to housing or other special events. Festival passes must be paid in full by March 31, 2003, in order to deduct your early-bird discount.

The cost of a full festival pass purchased without an early-bird discount is $195 if paid before March 31, 2003, $215 if paid before April 30, 2003, and $235 if paid after April 30, 2003

"Your early-bird deposit not only saves money on your festival pass," states WIA's Joyce Warner-Stone, "but also helps to generate income during our traditional 'cash crunch' time of year." Women in the Arts is not-for-profit organization that produces and sponsors programs that promote and affirm the creative talents and technical skills of women in the visual, performing, and fine arts.

This year marks the return of a 4-day festival, which includes intensive workshops, three Mainstage concerts, the SheRocks! concert, a stage dedicated to choral music, and a first-ever drag king show. More information about the festival can be found on the event's website at www.wiaonline.org/nwmf.

Early-bird deposits for the festival can be made by sending a $100 check payable to NWMF to Women in the Arts, P.O. Box 1427, Indianapolis, IN 46206-1427, or call 317-927-9355 with your credit card information. VISA, MasterCard and American Express are accepted
