Justice, Inc. transferred the Thomas R. Earley Justice Fund to the Tri-State Alliance in the year 2000. The fund was created to commemorate Thomas R. Earley, a long-time Justice board member who worked tirelessly behind the scenes of Justice, and who helped organize statewide educational conferences on GLBT issues.
Justice transferred the fund to the Tri-State Alliance since TSA is a 501c3 not-for-profit organization, so all donations to the fund are now tax-deductible to the full extent allowed by law.
