Beloved Rev. Howard Warren Dies
Indianapolis-- The Reverend Howard Warren, former director of pastoral care at the Damien Center, died peacefully on Friday March 14th after a lengthy illness. Rev. Warren was a beloved and tireless advocate for GLBT and HIV-related causes, who has been described as "a humanitarian who loved everyone, even his staunchest opponents."
A "Celebration of Life" memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 3, 2-4 p.m. at Jesus MCC Church, 2950 E. 55th Place. Directions and a map can be found at www.jesusmcc.org/about_us/when_where.html.
